Coat of Arms

Private House, Droitwich

This stained glass coat of arms was interpreted from the customers sketch. As well as using the traditional heraldry of their name it also reflected there love of horses, their business name and important dates. A martlet a traditional heraldic bird that is based on a swallow has been altered into the form of a buzzard which has been beautifully painted by Aidan Mcrae Thomson. The panel is a combination of handmade and machine made glass and has been traced and stained in black and brown trace with silver staining used for the vivid yellows.
